I’m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for Senior Real Estate Associates with 5-9 years of experience in commercial real estate. If you have a strong background in financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and DIRT (Due Diligence in Real Estate Transactions), this could be a great fit.
Key Details:
- Compensation: $250K - $275K, based on experience and open to negotiate
- Work Structure: 4 days in the office (Fridays optional); Target of ~2000 billable hours/year
This role is with a highly respected firm with a strong real estate practice spanning both national and international transactions. The team serves a diverse client base, including REITs, private equity firms, opportunity funds, and family offices.
